    I just picked up a Z30, and was trying to transfer all my data/apps/contacts from my freshly updated 10.2 Z10 over to my Z30.

    BB Link won't let me complete the conversion because it says the Z30 OS is "older" than that of the Z10. Sure enough, I checked it, and the Z30 ends in a lower number than the Z10.

    I hit the "check for the latest software" button on both phones and am running the most current.

    So now I am stuck with a Z30 that won't accept all my Z10 stuff because Link won't let it.

    I think you can modify the OS version of the backup file with Darcy's Tools, not sure of it will work tho

    Yeah, use sachesi to restore the backup it bypasses the check that bblink makes
