Woah talk about tight a$$, carries a $500 phone, but would rather wait over 9+ months for BB to implement the feature which may or may not be any good than shell out a couple of $ to a developer who has provided more updates to its app than Blackberry has on any of its own?

    Okaaay then!

I'm glad I waited & never sideloaded Instagram, cause BB photo editor has about 10 filters *yay*
No need to be a hard *** about it. It's his own choice. I didn't buy it either.

Also, am I the only one who uses Instagram for the social aspect of it and not the stupid filters.

Burst mode is like normal mode except if you tap and hold the screen it will continue to take more pictures until you let go.

Jaycuts is at 50% capability at the minute so much more holding back hopefully 10.2 the devs get unleashed.

Not like it costs that much.

    Sent from my BB10 smartphone.
I purchased the app on sale for $2.99. Does not work very well. It works OK, but it constantly crashes and stops stitching the shots together. Would definitely be upset if I paid $5 for this instead of another app for $5

In regards to the low light icon missing ... its integrated into a previous 10.2 camera bar file and to describe it ( can't pull off the logo at the moment) is the Highspeed logo as previously posted but with the meter dialed down to the left of the icon . think of a speedometer at 0 km/h (or 0 mph)

They're probably busy redesigning it then in order to prevent any form of confusion.

If you look at the BlackBerry dev site it mentions that all future devices will run in 720p.... stop expecting 1080p and at that screen size it really doesn't matter.

    Sent from my BB10 smartphone.
This isn't necessarily commentary on people wanting a 1080p display on their BB10 devices...

I would want to record 1080p video for "future proofing" reasons. Or just generally for watching on a different device, now or later.
That's how I read the question.

Actually, I think it was even $6, not "just" $5...
    Regular price was $5.99 iirc.

You are not authorized to view that category
You would have to join that particular program in BB Beta Zone first.
In this case, the program to join is Global BlackBerry 10 Community.

    Guessing that was your issue.

If it doesn't go directly to the new A device without something for Q or Z this then will be a big positive.

I agree.. up to this day, the Galaxy S3 was doing a good job but I hate android, so I was looking for all the native features of all platforms, the only thing missing from Galaxy is to take pictures while recording video, that is the only thing I need.
You can do that right now too... While you are recording a video, press the volume button on the side and it will take a picture while you're still recording the video...

I didn't buy the panorama app because I really didn't see a use for it, but I'm happy to see it come native.

Folder idea for the Time shift data is awesome! I would love to be able to take multiple timeshift pics and then edit them afterwards.

If you ever wanted two pics from the time shift, you can always go to each one and screenshot it before finalizing it. It's not the best outcome but it works.

No, it's for slow mo (confirmed). Low Light mode is also still present, but doesn't have an icon... so not sure how it will work...
Current low light icon is the same icon as the one you posted, I'm guessing they will change the icon around?

We mean taking multiple shots and editing/finalizing them all later.

ex. I take a Time Shift pic at a kids' birthday party. 2 more kids run up to join in, but I haven't finalized first one yet. Right now, if I edit first one, all my junior subjects will probably get bored and run away before I finish and I'll lose my would-be second shot. I want to snap away, and just be able to swipe back to active camera, leaving the unedited/un-finalized Time Shift "drafts" for later when I'm not missing new photo ops.
