Sometimes I get people calling me and my phone doesn't ring. I get a voicemail soon afterwards that the person left. This is becoming a big problem for me.

    I'm using 1925 on a Z30 on Verizon.

    Anyone else have this issue?

You are not running the latest leak so that should be the first thing you look into.

1925 is Verizon MR official os. He shouldn't have this issue.

I had this issue on my Z10 from AT&T with 10.1.x. Always on official OS.

Had it since start and it never left. Might not really be particular to the leak...

Please clarify for folks to help.

    A) you actually "see" the screen light with the incoming call showing yet hear no ringing sound?

    B) you simply see a missed call and voice mail after the fact?

How do you know it's not a coverage / carrier issue? Individual cell towers can have issues for days at a time. So you are saying you have good signal strength yet miss calls?

I've used Verizon at my office for the last year and a half and have only missed calls starting from a few weeks ago, so I'm assuming it's because of 1925 but I could be wrong too. It hasn't been just at my office either. Sometimes it's at home.

Just to be sure I'd check with others on your office that are also on Verizon and see if there are anomalies.

If you supply more details about your phone perhaps others can help. You are running the 1925 leak? How did you install it? Did you restore "settings" after the install?

Also I think Verizon actually released 1925 as an official as well. So if you updated that way did you do OTA or using Link, etc.

Details. Including any changes or apps you have put on before noticing issues.

Edit: I see you're using a Z30 and not a Z10. So you're running the official Verizon release then?

While it is certainly possible that the OS update had something to do with it, this kind of symptom is also a common characteristic of an overloaded local tower or carrier network.

FWIW, I've been compiling a list of reported issues/changes/anomalies with 10.2.1.2141 and I don't recall anyone reporting this particular issue yet.

So given that, that would mean it's not extremely likely to be a problem with the successor to 1925. And actually since I cannot recall any other complaints of this vis-a-vis 1925 either, I would be slightly leaning towards the "congested network" explanation unless we start to see more complaints of this.
