The more storage space the better. I would love the day I don't have to have a pc to back up all my files.

One thing I notice with BlackBerry 10, although the boot time is a little slower than I would like it does not seem to be effected by the size or no of files on the sd card (currently with 64gb+16gb internal = 80Gb which is about right for the moment)
A 128Gb card would be just dandy as I'd probably be able to fill a 64gb with music if I synchronised everything with laptop.
When I put a full 16gb sd in my old Android it really effected the boot time. Anyone notice this with android or BlackBerry 10?

I've had my Z10 almost 1 year and the only time it's ever been rebooted is when I installed a Leak. Don't understand why people are rebooting BB10s. Androids I can understand.

We don't reboot, I don't anyways.. We just can't get through the day without the battery going dead which is the first problem

How nice would this be if they allowed apps to be stored to your SDcard too?

Id love to know if this works!

I don't reboot that often but tended to shutdown phone if I wanted to remove the Sd card which I did occasionally to transfer files, I know I could probably just connect phone to Pc. Now I have 64 instead of a16 and a couple of smaller cards shutdowns are more for do not disturb time say if out hiking for a few hours.

I think the design is around apps on internal, data on sd.
Its not such a bad thing. Even on windows most apps still need to be on C: drive. Its a biit like that.
    It would effect boot time.
Apps could corrupt if sd card were removed. Although I shutdown to remove sd as a precaution it does not seem essential to do so? Most androids you need to pull battery to get to sd, is that because apps are on there?

I'll get one and use it for my Z10. If it doesn't work, I'll use it as a back up storage device.

As soon as Amazon has them in stock...

That's a hell of a lot of space on a device. I'm sure for some people depending on their line of work will highly appreciate all the space they can get on a scan disk.

It would be, but I wonder if this is too much of a PITA and too much of a support call generator when it comes to the average user? Ie. what happens if they take the card out and put another in? What happens if the card is flaky etc?

    Before reboot:

A reboot every day means less clutter in the memory, and less file fragments.

I thought a 64GB was the max you could add with a micro SD card for some reason.

I reboot for lockup occasionally, not often bit I make a point of rebooting each day. I use three spare batts so sometimes it out now necessity. But I do find less lock ups by rebooting daily.

My advice, don't buy it til you need it. As in, when you are on your last 1 or 2 GB. Why? Because prices are constantly dropping. So when you need it, the price will be lower than when you first salivated over learning of its existence.

Agreed. Also look for the considerable price drop when sales occur.
