    I downloaded a YouTube video from an online video downloader which is 1080p at 60fps.
    When I tried to watch it in my BlackBerry Leap running on 10.3.3.3216, the video did freeze unbelievably. It was too bad that I can say I couldn't see anything moving. It was like watching a slide show of pictures with an audio playback. (yes... audio was fine)

    pretty sure that a leap doesn't have the power to do that. You might be able to squeeze 30fps out

    The BlackBerry Leap uses Snapdragon S4 Plus. The BlackBerry Z30 uses Snapdragon S4 Pro. Not entirely sure if the S4 Pro can playback 1080@60FPS though. For sure, I know the BlackBerry Passport can because it can even record in that resolution.
