Since upgrading to. 1047, everytime I try to send a text it adds the same recipient twice and switches to MMS mode. Also all my previous texts are doing the same thing. Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance.

Check your contacts to see if you have duplicates.
Also, were any of these texts restored after the 10.2 load?

I figured it out. I deleted all my text convos and that fixed it (go figure). Didn't have any duplicate contacts but deleting all the texts, including the convos I started since the upgrade, that fixed it.

Had the same problem happen in an earlier leak. Same solution.

yeah that is why I asked what I did in my post. I went through the same thing when I upgraded to 10.1
