    Just after my Z10 completed the download of the "standard" sized file, it started to download a 1000MB file.. I was/am running on the official 10.1 version prior to the update... anybody else got this? it's a corporate phone but not linked to a Bes.

    Im experiencing the same thing it started with a 555 download/install but my wifi dropped and now that it is back up and running when i went to resume it it had to restart and is now downloading and installing a 2GB file. Any ideas??? (downloading the file twice or something?)

    EXACT SAME ISSUE and Over that that no free space for that although i deleted every single app and game i GOT!!!!!
    and all pics, music and everything are on the 32gb memory card!!!!
    Whats the problemmm?!!!

    My update was painless. However I had a plan if something went wrong with OTA.
    1. Restore to factory settings
    2. Use BlackBerry Link to update.

    I'm in the process of doing a full reload then Link update. Started my 10.2 update about 6 hours ago now. One finished, second 1016mb file started. Took 3 boots to get to the lock screen and now nothing works. Last time i do an OTA update...

    Rogers in Toronto. Did OTA install of 1006Mb file. Took about 4 hours but went smoothly, no glitches. Everything works!

    3 hours for mine. Started off with a 498MB update then 1009MB update after 2 reboots and a small third update of 2 mb. I am up and running smoothly. This was all done over the air and I did not do a back up.
