    It took them 6 Months to tell us about the delay :P
    Even that 6 months was about 2 months after they said they would release it

    Not delayed, only because BlackBerry has never publicly given a firm release date for 10.3 for in market devices.

    The closest they came to that was the vague 'February' comment made by Ron Louks back in December. The current Feb. 19 date that is circulating, to my knowledge has not been publicly confirmed by BB.

    It has been 'coming soon' for in market devices since April or May 2014, and 'coming sooner' since it was released on the Passport 6 months ago…..

    Heise.de, one of my trusted sources in it news, just published an article stating that 10.3.1 will be released on the 19th on all carriers:
