This thread is amusing. All these conflicting answers and what we can establish is that basically nobody knows the answer for sure!

From the pool of answers we have we can basically surmise a projected release any date between November 1st and February 28th.

Patience is key folks. And unfortunately I don't have any either...

Reading the comments about how Apple releases an OS simultaneously for all devices that it intends to get it.
It's important to remember that Apple has a lot more resources than BlackBerry.
Can't really compare the two. It's like comparing, well... Apples and BlackBerries.

It doesn't look like 10.3.0 because the notifications are at the bottom plus the camera icon is different.

It doesn't look like 10.3.1 because of the above mentioned reasons. So either it's a future possible look or its just a mock up of something a fan would like their BlackBerry to look like

I suspect the inclusion of the word "concept" means it's just that, although I don't speak Italian and could not swear that the word means the same there as in English.

I'm starting to get tired of waiting, most of all because of the amount of failures 10.2.1.3062 has, I never understood why the old (and very old customers, like me) have to go through such a long waiting.
I'm not very trustful in dealing with leaks and I wouldn't want to damage my baby... so...

Don't want to put a damper on anything but there was no mention of 10.2.1 which is the OS most people are using anyway. They only said 10.0, 10.1 & 10.2

I'm still seriously hoping for a 10.3.1 update in 17th December I really would love to play with a new OS officially over the holidays.

Sorry mandeep... not even a single OS update has been first to INDIA, and no Carrier approval??? I really Doubt because previously all the Updates have been received in INDIA through Carriers respectively.
