10.3 for Passport, appears to be October.
For all other existing devices, possibly after the new year. I have heard February.
Otherwise there are leaked and custom 10.3 out now for all devices.

10.3 will release on Passport in next few weeks and Classic (hopefully) soon thereafter.
10.3.1 will be released for all current devices. I think November will be the earliest we might see carriers officially release it. Nothing certain has been revealed yet.

I was under the impression that the Passport was going to have 10.3 in October and the Classic 10.3.1 in November with the rest of the devices getting 10.3.1 shortly after.

With the "new" Blackberry you can depend on two things in my opinion. 1. You'll NOT see them release updates on time. 2. You WILL definitely see an improvement from published weaknesses in the previous version. I think life in the blackberry world would be better if carriers allowed blackberry to push the updates directly. Again just my opinion.

10.3 works great as a daily driver, however some people (myself included) are not getting as good battery life as we did with 10.2.1 as it's not optimized for our devices.

Passport launches 9/24 in Toronto, London and Dubai. It is expected to be "on the shelves" by 10/1 in those markets, with USA a week to more later. It will come with BB10.3.0.####.
BB10.3.1.#### will be released later for all existing devices. Blackberry has changed the "date" a few times during the past 6+ months for this, from sometime in November to sometime in February 2015. While a 10.3.1 version may show up sooner for some carriers and existing devices, it will most likely be around the latest time frame for all carriers and all existing devices.

I think it's getting near - my built for BlackBerry Wikipedia app has just been updated in BlackBerry World and the log suggests it's "now for 10.3"...

I want to enjoy 10.3 for 6 months until my contract is up in the spring. I don't know what I do after than all depends on app functionality. If I can't get it with BlackBerry still I may go iPhone 6.
