Absolutely. Patience pays. No hitches with AT&T update.

    Yep. A PassPort.

I actually received one yesterday under Telus and I'm already on 10.3.3. Gonna search and see what has been fixed.

Finally received my OTA update on AT&T Z10 US. I'm transferring my data manually into Outlook/CSV text files, then I'll perform a security wipe / OS reload prior to updating. Based on what BlackBerry published, it seems that the less data you ha e on your phone, other than the OS, the better. I don't want one rarely used corrupted file to blow up my update

    Will wonders never cease...

Yep. It seems AT&T has finally releases 10.3.3. to all their remaining devices. They already released to the Passport and Classic, then the Q10, so the Z10 was the last one.

Just as it was pulled elsewhere.

I know it's fashionable to be nagative around here, but I've honestly been reasonably happy with both BlackBerry and AT&T when it comes to the service and upgrades I've received with my Z10.

Sure, I could wish for faster updates, but I don't think there are many phones, other than the iPhone which continues to receive updates after more than four years.

In the end, I don't think I've lost $1 in business due to the timing of AT&T's updates. And in the end, the reason I've stuck with BlackBerry is that the BB10 approach to communications helps me run my business with minimum distractions.

I hope, with 10.3.3, I'll be good for another year or so. I loan to experiment with the KEYone, but I wouldn't be surprised to find that I prefer my z10 as my daily work phone for the times I have a PA nearby.

I'll admit that I've been very critical of AT&T's support for BlackBerry devices. Going back the the Pearl 8100, they've been painfully show getting OS updates out.

But I'm also aware that they are slow to update the device software for all of their branded devices - except for the iPhone, of course.

But I also agree that I've had only positive experience with their customer service reps in general (as long as I don't get BlackBerry specific) and their overall service for as long as we've had them, going back to the Cingular days, almost 20 years now.

    And I'm not a business.
