Spoke to BlackBerry, they confirmed it has been removed from public access due to some issues reported by a group uf users. No info on solution or repost.

To be specific, you spoke to "a guy" at BlackBerry, although the company has made no such announcement as yet.

Spoke to offical Blackberry support on Twitter. So this information is legit. They have checked my pin and informed me that they have scraped the update to further investigate the issues and prevent others from trouble. So if you are stuck on 10.3.2 you are not getting 10.3.3 from nów on.

You are deeply mistaken if you think that BlackBerry will officially admit the have screwed the OTA.

It's still being offered as OTA for people, is it not? And by the way, at least for me it runs absolutely fine.

I believe what the op is saying just for the simple fact that on my Z10 I had an update push but didn't update it to 10.3.3. cause on my Z10 Snap still works. But yesterday when I went to turn on the Z10 the update no longer exist. So I believe that's what happened. And besides, why would BlackBerry announce anything related to BB10 since they focused more on Android!?

I am still getting the nag on my Passport (Ontario, Canada) -- just got it this morning about 45 minutes ago. Perhaps, if true, it is a geographical issue.

It does seem that the Canadian carriers (and many others) have pulled 10.3.3. Although factory unlocked devices still seem to have it available.

I think you're right. I upgraded my employer owned Classic on the TELUS network. It was fine then one day when I went to pick it up, it was turned off. I tried turning it back on and the device was stuck at the bootup screen. IT returned it back to BlackBerry and they said it had water or physical damage. I didn't buy that for a second. Anyways, there was another new Classic in the office still in the box. I tried to do a software update, but it couldn't pull the 10.3.3 updated. It was a locked device to Telus.

oh great, this means another OTA is imminent. well, coming. soon. ....ish.

this explains a lot however: like many other crackberians, after the last update, losing my data and running an autoloader was the only way forward. not cool.

    OTA updates make me nervous

someone should expand the title of this thread slightly.

Come to think of it, when I reloaded my software through BB Link. It actually rolled my OS back to 2163. I had OS 2205 that was also rolled out by BlackBerry themselves. Interesting I find.

Just today I started having issues where my browser froze and the device reset. Happened twice today. I wonder if this is somehow related? It's been a solid device for like two friggin years now,

Seems like Canadian carriers aren't the only ones who pulled it then.

You are wrong. Plenty of people with factory unlocked and unbranded devices see no 10.3.3. update. Ty Williams from Inside Blackberry blog shed some light on who gets the update first.

After update and some minor issues with NFC and Maps which I resolved no problems besides the ART. I can't install apk and the android ports from bbw crash immediately when I launch them. I updated whith Sachesi non destructive, since OTA never came on my unlocked Classic.
Could someone, please, point me to the bar files that make the ART so I can sideload them using Sachesi. I extracted the IFS folder from autoloader, but in there I don't see any other file besides sys.android that I recognise. I sideloaded that one but no avail...
    Thanks guys

With all due respect to the many people who use autoloaders, this is one reason is have always simply waited for AT&T to test and release their OTA updates for BB10. They are very, very late, but they've always worked without a hitch.

Obviously, if there's a specific feature you're looking for in the new version and you don't mind the additional effort, there's nothing wrong with the DAY approach, but for, me, I don't want the responsibility and potential headaches.
