Today morning the phone randomly rebooted. Now the settings frame shows nothing. No setting option is displayed and i can't do a master reset as the options are simply not visible.

Tried using bb assistant to access setup but it fails to show any options.

Did a soft reset using the power down button for 10 seconds and also the volume up down method.

Wifi not selectable as its part of the settings. Removed sim card. Reinserted sim card. Tried a diffferent sim card.

Nothing seems to help.

Is this the reason 10.3.3 got pulled by BB?

The autoloader was from CrackBerry and the device ran smooth for precisely 12 days from the auto load.

But now its just a brick as i can't access wifi nor mobile data and this isn't a VoLTe supported device so that i could atleast make or recieve calls on my network.

Is reloading the autoloader the only way out?

Is it even worth doing it since this is a official bb release but has successfully turnedy my z30 into a brick.

Could anybody chime in about the sticky situation im in?

I dont see BB Support forums updated with such an issue yet.

So much for the damned 10.3.3 update.

It was in my trousers when i took the phone out.

Swipe up and i see a glare/glimmer of the last video i was watching on the bb10 browser.

It rebooted then and this is the state that its in.

No communications possible.

You notice on your BB device you don't see the Blackberry logo by the signal bar? That's because for some reason there is a bug in 10.3.3. For me it's a pain cause I experience this almost once a week. When this happens I just use BB Link and reload to the latest OS. I'm glad I didn't update my Z10 cause that will save me if things get worse. But u know what? We all cried and demanded 10.3.3. We sure did get what we asked for, huh!

And I have a feeling this is happening to people all with Z30's. A lot of people who has been experiencing this issue are using a Z30. Maybe happening on other BB10 devices but Z30's for sure.

Lucky u...With my ppse, I get frequent browser crash, display flickering when the brightness made to the lowest(doesn't happen when battery saving mode is automatically on), slow OS, camera getting stuck and something more which I am not able to recollect now.

Hmm, actually and I need some help with this. Do you really need full startup in order to use an autoloader. Usually during boot the device will expose a USB boot device so that can be flashed regardless. Any info regarding this who known BB10 in detail?

As long as the device can power on, an autoloader can catch the bootrom.

FWIW, have new (today) Z30 and just loaded 10.3.3.1463 (release), everything works and the most "solid" wifi-calling I've seen. No text issues.

Hi, i have the same problem with my leap, no setting, no wifi, no cellular connexions but my sim works correctly. is there any solutions please !!??
