I have given up on this autoloader for my passport update. Why can't Blackberry give a mandatory dates for all carriers to release updates. Because it's unfear for customers that are still waiting to receive the update.

Learn how to upload using blitz and sachesi.
Otherwise, call your carrier and ask them. BlackBerry has given them the update, all they need to do is send it out.

    Dont give up.

    1. Download Darcys Blckberry tools https://www.dropbox.com/s/nsh9vxif0a...1.0.1.rar?dl=0

    2. Download the Debrick and Radio file for your PP http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...-v7+signed.bar

    http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...-v7+signed.bar

    3. Launch Darcy's Blackberry tools and create an Autoloader.exe file with the debrick and radio files you downloaded.

    4. Launch the autoloader with your phone connected to your PC.......Done.

Or.............Just download the autoloader (courtesy of Thurask) from here https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...lhqX0I1T2xoak0

    None of those links work.

Your links are broken. Don't copy the link text (since CB's ******** URL shortener replaces most of it with an ellipsis), copy the actual link itself.

    Here's the 10.3.3.2163 autoloader for Passport: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3...XBFbzNWX2RJTms

Don't bother. It's not much different. It might be SLIGHTLY faster but I wish I never updated.

    My Pebble no longer works
Snap App just opens and closes.

It's just not worth the time to wipe and reset the phone. People here tell others to "just do a wipe" like they just use their phones stock out of the box.

Glad I had my Priv on backup.

When you have cloud contacts, calendar, and email, it only takes a short time to do a clean install. Add to that an SD card with all your media, a cloud-based password keeper, and a cloud-based note taking app like Evernote.

One needs to be prepared in case of phone loss or breakage anyway. Making backups can suffer from not being up to date.

having cloud backups suffer from being more vulnerable to hackers as well. I keep offline backups and just make due with what I didn't backup

or in my case, I'm on limited bandwidth... I can miss losing some bookmarks in browser if my backup isn't current

As long as your password isn't 1234, you'll be fine.

The best method is to use a password manager to generate unique gibberish passwords for each account, with the user only needing to remember the one strong password for the manager itself. Doing that in addition to adding multiple factors to logging in (SMS, email, OTP, Yubikey, etc.) is even better. Having something as stupid as "12345", "hunter2", or "Runner4567" protecting one's data is almost an invitation.

I'm prepared. But it's not like it's something I like to do.

Wipe and reinstall means to me:
-Reinstall SNAP via Chrome BB App mananger (itself is a multistep process) Maybe it'll work.
-Reinstall the 3 apps needed to get Pebble working.. MAYBE
    -Setup wallpapers and notifications sounds
-Manually install messaging apps (wechat, whatsapp, Facebook Messenger Lite... just to name a few)
-Reinstall all the shopping apps like Amazon, eBay, Walgreens.
-Setup my stocks, finance, and banking apps.
-Reset all the notifcations options for each app becasue I don't need things like Amazon App store telling me about updates.
-setup "doo" shortcuts to my keys
-set all preferences to keyboard typing auto corrections etc.
-set all preferences for all those apps I mentioned above..
-reorganize all the app icons into folders and into the positons I like for easy access.
-pair my bluetooth to my two cars and headphones.

    Great fun for NIAP certification!

Maybe I like my smart phone for more than just notes, music, and pictures. And I like it organized in a way that fits what I need it for. So a wipe and reinstall is not something I'd like to do for no reason.
