I want to update from 10.3.2 but I read that some users have a lot of issues in this new update, this update is so bad?

As an OTA update using users existing data... yeah not so great.

As a brand new clean install with an Autoloader.... not so bad.

All three BB10 devices in my house updated over the air and working fine. Your results may vary, but if you are going to upgrade anyway, do a backup, use the backup tool from BlackBerry World recommended elsewhere. When you find the references to that tool read the recommended backup and recovery after update. Get the autoloader you want to use, then do the OTA update. If it works for you you're done, if it doesn't install the autoloader and restore according to the recommendations you read.

It seems OTA success depends on what you have loaded, or may be what has been corrupted.

Very well stated. It seems like the folks having issues with OTA updates may have had issues in the first place. In that case the OTA update only makes it worse.
If your phone is working fine, give OTA a shot, you can always find your way out of it with an auto loader.
Either way, as conite suggested, use Ultimate backup first. It will backup your data, not your issues.

IMHO this gives you a "spring cleaning" opportunity. I would make sure the appropriate backups are done but really start fresh if the OTA does not work out. In other words, from a clean start only add apps one at a time basically as you require them. Another big problem in my opinion is the hoarding of text messages, BBM and other message info, game data etc etc. When all of this stuff gets restored problems likely ensue. Try and resist the urge to keep all your conversations (unless you absolutely have to have them). When you speak to your wife/girlfriend/boss/friend etc etc, do you record and keep every spoken conversation? This goes for game data as well (in most cases). Let it go and your device will behave properly. If you can find the courage to not restore all this info and to not reinstall the 50-60 apps that you have never used in the past 60 days, your device will run beautifully. It only takes a minute or so to install that app in most cases so leave them in the store until you need them. Rant over!

But having them makes them feel special.

OK thank you, but I'm worry about android apps, every app installed in 10.3.2 will work in 10.3.3?

Yes they will. The caveat to that is "on a clean install of 10.3.3 NOT necessarily on an OTA update to 10.3.3". After saying this, just be aware that going to 10.3.3 is not really an improvement in any feature so if you are worried, just stay on 10.3.2.2813 (most stable IMHO) or wherever you are.
