    I wouldn't hold your breath for it to be released, I have a Blackberry Classic on EE in the UK and still waiting for 10.3.3. EE are removing support for the My EE app on blackberry so would be surprised if they even release the upgrade.

    It's not on Vodafone either, the update has issues and BlackBerry seemingly stopped it's development in 2016.

    There have been rumours that it's been pulled, considering there are people with factory unlocked devices that haven't received the update direct from BlackBerry it seems likely. Follow the Latest build thread you will see there hasn't been any development observed from outside for some time. I don't believe carriers can be held responsible for BlackBerry's ineptitude.

    This is typical BlackBerry. If there is no update then maybe they should stop trying to dump what ever bb10 stock they have left. I'm happy to plod along with my P9982 or any bb10. All I want is the occasional update. Can you imagine an OS with no updates. All BlackBerry have to do is say whether bb10 will be supported yes or no. Then we can decide when to move to a BlackBerry android or what ever. By the way. I hate Android!!

    I will no doubt be switching to KEYone in a few months time...

    I've gone through the emotions of leaving bb10..denial,anger, understanding...reality...acceptance..!!

    At least it's still a BlackBerry with at least some BlackBerry features...most importantly pkb
