Could you please explain to someone who's really new to this "OTA" and "Autoloader" stuff, what is this or what should I google to get to the same page as you guys? Seems to be an update but why can't we just download like any other normal OS update? Also on this page I see so many links, don't know which ones I need and what they are for. https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...links-1128992/

Thank you in advance! Or anyone else who'd like to help here

edit: Also, I see that it's not just one update. Seems like they keep coming. From who? And how many are yet expected?

OTA means "over-the-air". That refers to seeing an update message on your device and installing it.

The problem is that many carriers and regions will not push this update to their customers, so if you want the update too, you will have to find another way.

All updates, when they become live, are visible and downloadable from the BlackBerry servers directly. The links are shared by members here, so you can take matters into your own hands.

An autoloader is built from these available files and is a simple way of updating you phone via your PC.

    Thank you conite.
So OTA or live updates mean the same kind of update, right? And the OP downloaded his update directly from his phone, interesting. Eventually all carrier-free BB10 devices will get it? My Q10 was bought from a carrier but it was unlocked so I can have any sim card in it but yet no updates available.

Carrier-unlocked is still stuck to carrier updates. Factory-unlocked is different - and that comes directly from BlackBerry.

But some regional issues can even prevent factory-unlocked devices from getting the update too.

Go to the main 3057 thread, download the full blitz file, and install using Sachesi or DBBT.

I also got 10.3.3.1435 update, but it needs 16 GB of free storage space (so almost empty phone), so I'm unable to install it :/ (I'm on O2 Czech Republic carrier, but phone was bought unlocked as a second hand, so no idea about origin carrier)

My girlfriend received already this update since long time (Vodafone Germany). She had no problem so far on her Q10. I installed via Autoloader in an old Bb Leap I had, and I got immediately problems. Insane consume of battery, keyboard not appearing during the configuration of the telephone. I run again the autoloader, no more problem with the keyboard, but the problems of high consume of battery are always there. Today I received the notification from Eplus that my Passport has the update 1435 available...but I decided for the moment not to install it.

The device manager says you have "12% of 13 GB free". That means you have about 1.5 GB free in device memory right now.

It needs another 2.9 GB free to install.

It may mean moving photos or other files over to the SD card if you can, but you only need to free up about 4.5 GB.

lol... You're right of course. Mental short circuit on my side caused by reality, that I don't have any photos on the device. Only some applications. And that's really sad, that they consume so much space, because there is not too much of them from my point of view...

    Well, let's uninstall some :-)

But that version number is still strange... :-)

There is no change to the Android Runtime.

As far as I know this was only released to fix a 4G problem in the UK.

Just got a notification Software Release 10.3.3.2031 1.6GB is available for download on my Classic.

I'm still on 10.3.2.2876 OS (not software release). Happy with the phone as it works.

Can somebody remind me what the upgrade would bring (Krack fix is not in here I assume)?

Two posts above yours is all we know so far.

No krack fix, BlackBerry still hasn't commented on its vulnerability status for QNX/BB10.
