It is the worst update. Browser crashed. Slow downs. Bluetooth issues. I think BlackBerry is trying to push us to Android.

I will not be buying a DTEK60 as it does not meet my needs. Will go to a Mate 9 with Hub+.

Hurts, my Passport is the best, but without a reasonable browser to make up for apps, it is time to change.

I did a wipe a while ago because I couldn't stand how my phone had slowed. I made a thread about it at the time, but ever since I switched to Fido, the OS has slowed significantly and does other weird glitchy things. I wiped it, but didn't make much of a difference.

Anyway, updated this afternoon, and so far no problems except getting a help/new user popup.

Guys from India... We won't get any updates from BB.. we have never received it either.. the only way is Auto Loader.. I made my update via Autoloader and it works buttery smooth... I didn't face any problem...

I got tired waiting so I did non destructive using sachesi. All working fine even a bit smoother but my NFC is non functional and Maps app crashing before opening. Tried everything I could think of and no change. Guess I need to do autoloader now but would appreciate if someone gave me the right link fo Classic SQC100-1 and a brief instruction.

Finally, guys I took the leap to 10.3.3! it's just f@kin amazing!! Buttery smooth, better ram management, better battery life, better browsing experience, better android app performance and finally, no lag while messaging in the website textboxes build via php. I.e Facebook mobile website comment boxes. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended update. :-D cheers

No bro, I did it via the autoloader. It's damn easy, just download the file shared by thurask and update the device keeping it in offline mode, also remove the sd card while u do the update. Everything was instant and I am more than satisfied with the update. I have also started patching certain apps and have got it all working pretty well. I.e gmaps, uber, ola cabs etc. I love 10.3.3.2205

I'm with Telus in Toronto, Canada and I'm having issues on my Z10. It blocks a lot of websites that should be ok. And when I go to my emails or text messages it's jittery. I have to wait until it stops jumping around to use it. Anyone else experiencing this or has a solution?

Lots of reports here about this from people with Face 10 installed. The fix is to uninstall, then reboot your device, then re-install Face 10.

To update on my situation; as of today my NFC started working as it should out of the blue :-)
Everything smooth and fast on this update, my Maps still crashing but ill sort that out by reloading a. bar using Sachesi or DBBT...
