Had my update for a few weeks now and I don't have the suggestions either. I hope they didn't remove this feature, I used it all the time.

Does anyone have it working on 10.3.2?

I also experienced the disappearing email suggestions, but it only happens when my data signal is weak.

It works on my Z10STL100-3/10.3.2.2339. Suggestion: Remove Blocked Contacts. The list should be rebuilt through usage of e-mail.

I don't have any blocked contacts. I went in settings and I can add contacts to block.

Suggestions come up, on my Z10 Verizon. Strange that it works for some, but not others.

I restarted my Passport and it seems to be back, but not 100%.

Here is what I know so far. I use to be able to 2 way sync contacts to my mac running 10.6. Once I received the update to 10.3.2, this Mac no longer recognized the phone through link.

I loaded link on my Mac running 10.9. It recognized my Z10 but would only 1 way sync from the Mac to the Z10 and not from the z10 to the Mac. It, of course, created a new contact section on the phone.

I'm wondering if this is important, I have never used local contacts on my phone. It is empty.

I'm wondering if 10.3.2 only works if you have local contacts and only draws from local contact and not the other groups. If so, could this be the reason I do not have the recent contact suggestions coming up?

So now I have 2 issues to figure out. Can anyone comment??

"Add Contact" on my Z10STL100-3/10.3.2.2339 creates two linked contacts: one Local and one BBLink. That behavior might be configurable, but I have not needed to investigate it.

From my phone's Help: "By design, the BlackBerry Hub remembers the contacts that you frequently send messages to and suggests them to you when you compose new messages. If you don't want contact suggestions to appear when you compose messages, you can clear your recent contacts. Clearing your contact suggestions does not remove the contacts from your device."

Another issue: your two Macs behave differently.

I have the very same problem on my passport. How do we get this back? Is it an external app that causes this bug?

Funny I created a thread for the very same issue I am experiencing. It has been too long since my last update to the latest update but the suggestion contacts (to and cc) do not appear. Here's my thread about it in quote

Recently I updated my Z30 to the latest update. However, I noticed that whenever I'm trying to reply to emails, or composing new emails, there are no frequently used contacts under the "To" and "CC" box. Usually, frequently used contacts are shown below the box.

Not only it is for frequently used contacts, but I'm assuming that the phone learns to whom I am composing the email to. For example, I frequently email to Person A, and CC to Person D and E. Now after a few times, whenever I am emailing to Person A, underneath the CC box will automatically pops Person D and E.

Now, I don't have that and I have to manually type all email addresses. Anyone knows how to solve this? This feature is too valuable for me!

I have no idea how to fix this...you guys know the workaround? please share.. tried looking into contacts setting, phone setting, etc, couldn't find any clue what causes it.

I have also looked everywhere, now for some reason some contacts are appearing, but they are not recent a all, I think the problem is with the internal clock or date, as it shows me contacts that I have not used for almost a year from the email box that's not being used. My phone has also been restored from a backup file, from the old phone which unfortunately got stolen a few weeks ago. The old phone showed all suggeste contacts as it should. @ Adi - -is your phone also restored?

No I did not restore my phone. Never had to restore since I bought it in March 2014....

I am experiencing the lost suggestion contacts after updating the phone to the latest version OTA.

Yes I know. It's empty. No contacts there. I think I found the problem. An app which merges contacts and does back up was most likely causing this problem. I just removed it and will be monitoring t recent contact list

My friend has the identical phone, identical OS identical hardware, and he has the suggestions working fine. I assume it must be an app that is causing this but so far removing of the contact merge app has NOT solved the problem
