    will the new android runtime on 10.3.2 will work on 10.2.1 ? i don't want to upgrade to 10.3.2 due to the lack of option to be able to downgrade but will want better android support.

    can anyone give it a try ? Thanks!

    Just upgrade to 10.3.2 you won't regret it.. better android runtime ( upgraded from 4.2 to 4.3)
