    My only issue with the app is that it says picture updated a few times a day when I have wallpaper rotation disabled

    I agree. Useless with that setting.


    You would think an app Dev somewhere would get this right. Weather on a wallpaper updated every 15-30 min.

    BeWeather doesn't. Some app should.

    Notification about updated wallpaper is a system OS notification. Devs have no access to this feature, thus there is no way to turn it off.
