    Classic 10.3.1 allows for SMS "confirm delivery" with blue D for delivered. Passports 10.3.1 does not allow for the option. Is this true for everyone? First pic is Classic Test msg screen, #2 is Classic settings and #3 is Passport settings.

    I think this feature is carrier-dependent. I definitely have both these options running 10.3.1. By any chance are your devices on two different carriers drano?

    Yup. Carrier dependent.

    AT&T here has no such option for either SMS or MMS.

    And this is on 10.3.1.2267. No prior version of 10.3.1 had it either.

    Had that setting on since I got my PP, don't see no blue tick on o2-UK
