    Guys, I have "litle" problem. After download and instalation of 10.3.1 OTA device required restart. Problem is, I´m stucked at 99% more than hour. I suppose it is not normal...
    On screen is: Finishing setup / Instalation.
    What now?

    I have had it stuck around a similar percentage for over an hour in a previous update I did.
