Ever since I've 'upgraded' to 10.3.1 on my unlocked Passport (using AT&T network), it has been acting more and more buggy. I restart frequently, sometimes twice a day, to get it to act right: from green flicker on video and camera, black flicker on other apps, and general glitch/freeze up for up to a minute or two, it's getting very annoying! Should I try a reload or just revert back to 10.3 until the next version?

Upgrade to 10.3.1.2480 no problems with this one or wait for fixes comming in a few days to fix all those bugs
I'm even thinking about 10.2.1...

*Do all the backups you need before*
I reloaded my OS with Link after I "patched" with PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2480... I never restore a backup unless I have missed a file/contact or whatever... I sync everything with emails and backup manually by copying files to my pc/sd card.. but feel free to do what you want I didn't try restoring..
My phone is running buttery smooth ever since. Of course it took a while to sync all my music /movies from my sd card with my music app and all but after that #1!
Don't forget to backup! Even if I don't restore I always backup!
