Not just Rogers all carriers are doing the same, if your device is affected by any of the issues listed by blackberry the carriers are to create a log and forward it to RIM... god I haven't used that name in awhile.
But long story short, blackberry has pulled the update and ordered all carriers to log all calls and forward it to them

Maybe we need to wait for 10.3.2 now...
Don't feel bad. I wish I hadn't updated. The texting and bbm apps are horrid now. Wish could revert back to 10.2

Side comment: this is what you get when you fire all of your testers.

Theres a thread "so you've decided to downgrade", not a hard thing to do. Windows computers only I do believe, Mac's aren't invited to the party, figures.
While I totally agree with your comment, to BB's defense, why pay testers when you for a site full if impatient people willing to try the latest leaks for free, and then complain pages after pages about the bugs. Sure it's really good and cheap way to gather info, but I wish BlackBerry had an official feature request and bug reporting tool so all these people who updated can just go there and report.
Yes, BlackBerry released 10.3.1 on many carriers and also did announce that they started rolling out, but as we've seen in Las few days, they backed out and rolled back, or pulled it from release servers so Joe nobody can get it again, obviously they realized something is seriously messed up.
I agree I did not have any issues here, EXPECT the low audio problem I am having. It's not rubbish bro just cause YOUR device is not experiencing any issues. There are many MANY others have all of the above problems. So come on try not to sound so know it all like when you don't actually know.

Looks like they don't pay any attention to complaints here or they think like a lot of members that anyone who reports an issue is a troll?

Are they the small green guys i see running around here,
OS 10.2.1.3337 is still solid for Z10's

Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.3442. Bell network.
Bell rolled back my OS when I factory restarted

Something behind the scenes for how carriers are pushing this out seems really broken. OTA updates failing is a big issue. One reason I hardly ever stick with stock.

As such 10.3.1.2267 is on my Z30 leaked one since last month. No issue at all. Even I have updated bars from 2487.
I haven't found any device near me which had any of these issues after upgrade.
Prithvi Z30 10.3.1.2267 thru CB10
Has your phones battery died? That's when the black screen issue has started for most of us with the issue
I've almost fixed mine now. Has taken 4 days but it's looking good. My long post on this and what I've done to save the phone is in a thread. Canadian carriers roll back 10.3. I think. Haha. I'll check to be sure. But I recommend all with black screen try, it's working for me
Posted on my z30, updated to 10.3 suffering the black screen/phone on bug that I am close to fixing
I can confirm that update is not available through my Z10 on Telus network anymore. Waited until i returned home from a trip to update and now 10.2 is the latest software available.
I'm on fido with my Z10 and they stopped rolling 10.3. 1. I noticed after I wiped my phone.

I was using 10.3.1 official on my Z30 STA2, there was so much lagg and bug, so I restored it to the stock OS via the Link. But despite I removed my Sim Card (Vodafone Turkey) and checked for updates again, It says it is the latest software on 10.2.1 both on the Link and the device.

Yes, this also provides that it's gone. 10.3.1 update for Z30 has been pulled back by carriers.
dunno, I kicked one of them.
10.3.1 = Terrible battery life for Passport. Handset gets hot. Screen flickers. Problem persists after security wipe.
Update = seems this is caused by Android apps which freak out after the update and drain CPU when not in use. In my case the Kindle app was to blame. Removed this and battery performance returned or at least improved.

Heh, that's cute. You think BlackBerry reads these forums for feedback...
Rolled back? As in you installed 10.3.1 and it's back to 10.2.1, or you got the notification for the 10.3.1 upgrade, didn't install it and now the notification is gone?
