So far all is good with 2258 update.....happpy
My Z30 is working flawlessly with Blend, link and Hotspot simultaneously after 2258 update. Here are the screen shots with usb connection and wireless connection respectively

I think the only difference is that OTA is non destructive and autoloader is destructive.

You came to know from where?

It had been working great for me for my Q5 and STL-1. Even the 10.3.2 works (almost) well for an initial build.
