I'm not complaining, I'm just surprised that people think it's normal for it to come in January or even February.

My camera is fine. My phone doesn't shut down. It ain't a 10.2.1 issue.

If you didn't find a thread on the subject already opened on the forum, feel free to create a new one. Just, don't put all your "bugs" in the same thread please. We can help you.
I don't know about you guys, but I have 10.3.1.1016 installed on my Z30 and it still has some bugs that are an absolute must to iron out. It's better that we wait a bit. Android Lollipop has been pushed back a bit and they can afford to have a tiny bug. IOS 8 reached customers with a massive bug and they can afford to make a mistake. BlackBerry can't afford to do it wrong. Simple as that. I think taking the criticism from die-hards for software delays is better than taking criticism from tech reviewers for a bunch of stupid bugs that just needed a bit more time to iron out. I think they need to be perfect. Everything counts on their software being absolutely perfect.

Ask anyone with an STL100-1, they'll tell you.
We here trying to help BlackBerry get better, I'm pointing out the bugs out of frustration, there are people out there who don't use Crackberry and has these bugs, what makes it worse is that there is no fix ATM, it's a software issue that hasn't been fixed since 10.2.1 got released.

So it's a STL100-1 issue...which proves his point.
I'm sorry, is STL100-1 an android phone running android 4.3? It's a 10.2.1 issue and even Michael said so and yet we didn't get a fix.

I have a non STL100-1 BB10 phone with 10.2.1.x installed, and I don't have an issue. Combined with Banco and countless others' experiences, what is that supposed to tell me?
Okay, did you know that STL100-1 uses a different hardware than other variants? BlackBerry is supposed to make it work for everyone not just people with no STL100-1, it's not nice when you only care that yours work.
There a lot of STL100-1 users out there.

i hope with the final 10.3.1 bulid for release that the wifi issue is actually fully sorted, people say its your router/wifi, it cant be as i tried all 10.3.1's they had issue's, i go to 10.3.0.1154 theres no issue, so what fix is 1154 that isnt in 10.3.1..

Yes, I know that quite well.
...which is why I said,
Look. I'm not disputing the existence of this problem that you're saying is out there. I'm just saying if it afflicts one device disproportionately, it's a problem with that device. If it were truly a 10.2.1 problem, the issue would be present in equal numbers of Q10s, STL100-2/3/4s, Q5s, etc.Combined with Banco and countless others' experiences
Software acts differently with different hardware I'm sure you know that, that's why it is showing only on STL100-1, my phone was just fine before 10.2.1 was here, just search Crackberry for the bugs I posted, you'll find tons of threads with no solution.
I was in a trip 2 days ago, it was just before dark and I wanted to take a picture of the waterfall, I open my camera and this is what I see
Attachment 313313
By the time I restarted to fix this issue I was gone, we were on a really tight schedule, this is just one of the times where 10.2.1 let me down.

If you want my educated guess, it's an hardware issue, more precisely an overheated video ship. A reboot can solve it temporarily. Did you open your phone ? Did you move a heat sink somewhere ?
How did this subject drastically change to one about an item not related. Is it not etiquette for a person to ask their question on a new thread. I can't believe someone can be rude on a forum plus also continuing with their own problem after being told nicely how to ask their question.
You could have just directed yours words to me with a quote, but let me tell you, I'm not asking a question! I know there is no solution to the problem, I was just proving to a few that this is a 10.2.1 issue on STL100-1 phones, I'm not new here, I know how to open a thread and I know how to look for solutions and btw, there are a 100 other threads about 10.3.1 so yeah.
Edit: WoW, you are new here with 5 posts and you're talking the way you are talking, that's nice.

If you want my my answer, it is a 10.2.1 issue because it can be triggered by a few things that I won't discuss now, the phone never heats or anything and by the way that's what Michael Clewley told me, unless you know better than him, then that's something else.
