Considering HUB is the main feature of BB10, you just can't ship it half baked and then its going to go all south. People walking with torches (like they are looking for the witches of Salem) to light up Blackberry when ever they get a chance, I rather wait for another couple of month then get something that was not meant to be released.

There are many many feature that need to be integrated properly to allow for the dark hub to work seemlessly...

Well the Black Hub Screenshot did leak out very early on into 10.3.1, it looked pretty good to me, something must have changed their minds, Dark Hub options look set to arrive in BlackBerry 10.3.1 | CrackBerry.com
