    All my Android apps including Amazon app store cannot access the information. Does anyone else have this problem? If so do you fix it?

    No, mine are working without issues. I don't know how you installed it, but you probably need to do a clean install using SIC Wipe first.

    Amazon and such working fine on my z10. Try reset a few times, I found that worked out a few kinks I had earlier.
