My girlfriend has the same problems on her z30, the phone stops working for like 10 secs and starts working again but it does it very frequently,any suggestions for the best os right now for z30?

For me it is the worst too.

Mobile connection goes down twice a day on my Z30.

Try by autoloading 10.3.1.1889 and do not restore.
Hope your problems will vanish, And if not better visit service center for possible hardware issues.

I don't know what to say but my Z30 10.3.1.1784 unlocked with AT&T USA have no issues at all as mentioned above OP. I believe this OS is the best experience for me compare to 10.2.

I haven't really had major issues with it, or iOS 7 or 8 (also picked on in the thread)

I definitely give that to amazon's fire os android fork. Freeze , stall, stutter ....

2744. on a Verizon Z-10. Came from supported/stock 10.2 os.
Works well for me.
Hate the white hub, one third party app so far just plan out didnt work. Otherwise no issues. Did I say I hated the white hub...just the white not the hub.

I'm on 10.3.1.2708 now with my z30 and have never really had any issues the whole time owning it. Worst issue was android apps not logging properly in device monitor but reloading the OS with Link fixed that

That's how BlackBerry folks roll!

I still ***** at IT every chance I get. My iPhone 5 never made it through a whole day. Sucks I need to carry two phones. And the lack of a real file manager, SD card and it's poor email makes an iPhone pretty much a glorified pager.

I like the OS from a feature perspective. A lot of good things were added. One annoyance is definitely the random freezes. Other than that it is pretty good.

Yes feature wise 10.3.1 has been great. OS maturing at a good rate. This version has just been causing more problems than usual especially since it is a official OS not a leak.

Whatever version of 10.2.1 I had before upgrading to 10.3.1. It wasn't a huge deal, just some lag when I tried to open a text message thread. Problem's solved now.

Worst ever was probably Windows Mobile 6.1 forgot the phone I used but the laggiest and ugliest OS i've ever seen. Best ever has been BB10 10.3.1 and can't wait for 10.3.2 when it becomes official.

OP, seems like you got specific problems that should troubleshoot, the OS itself is fine- your phone is not.

you got a point.. Windows ME was just as bad. Funny how it came after pretty solid OS's -> Win98 > WinME = WinXP > WinVista. You could say same about 7 to 8. 8 did not appeal to me.

Had an iphone for a short period of time. iOS7 made me feel like a 5 year old so that didn't last long. I also had to restart that POS multiple times, which is probably my biggest pet peeve for a phone. Haven't had any problems with any BB10 updates yet. On 10.3.1.2243

My 10 3.1 is doing my head in also. Constant stalling and a Bluetooth/keyboard problem .
