Always had solid updates from BlackBerry especially back in the day on my Bold 9000. I must be loyal because10.3.1.2582 on my Z30-5 has been a disaster almost unusable with freezing, slow OS and yes the Calendar. What was your worst update and device?

I have a Z30 and i didn't like 2582 as much as I loved 1154 or the OS I have right now 2744. I think you need to change your OS and see what happens

Calm down. No trolling. Just curious, never had a bad OS from BlackBerry not even a glitchy one really. Also I have been looking for a fix.

Haven't had time to load a new OS. I know the CrackBerry faithful are good at tinkering but I still expect BlackBerry to have solid OS releases. I signed up for the Beta OS testing hopefully I get to join.

It's not "tinkering". It's an official BlackBerry release and quite solid.

I just can't understand all the supposed/reported problems...10.3.1.2708 is Flawless on my Passport, as well as on my wife's Classic. I am a moderate to heavy user, work, mail, calendar, text, BBM, lots of web searches, bit of GPS usage, photos and PDF documents make and send, as well as BlackBerry Blend when in the office. Only 2 Android games loaded as trials but they work great too. I can't say enough about how perfect it is and how smooth and fast everything is compared to many of my associates non BlackBerry phones. My wife is a light user, but if something doesn't work for her trust me I will hear about it, and she has been perfectly happy too.
If you have a problem please tell us exactly what the problem is...and remember, every OS is a compromise...sometimes the user has to adapt a little.

Whipe phone...reload OS re- setup phone. If issues persist please tell us what problems you are having

I don't know... BBOS 6.0 was pretty bad. 4.5, I could live with, 5.0 was pretty good, and 7.0 was great. Now BB10 10.0 and 10.1 were buggy as well and the android runtime was terrible. And you have issues with a 10.3.1 OS. You should be ashamed of yourself for even thinking that. I mean c'mon...

BlackBerry OS 5 was good. Only the odd theme would cause a problem.

Try a security wipe. My android apps works better and smoother after a wipe, and my system appear to be smoother too....

It works for some, it doesn't for some. It's always best to wish for a permanent solution and that is the whole OS being fixed.

When did all those people who report problems say that it's worst for all? It's not. It's for many though. You need to enjoy that, you see it's not flawless for everyone so let the people who have issue report.

Yep 10.3.1 by far, 10.2 and 10.2.1 where excellent, never froze or crashed, very stable and never really juttered.
10.3.1 needs restarting every 2 days, it lags, the browser has a mind of its own sometimes, hope 10.3.2 fixes at least the niggling issues. (this keyboard tone is starting to seriously **** me off, Y U NO TURN OFF?! )

The worst OS for me has been the iOS 7 on my old iPhone 4S. The worst I've ever seen was iOS 8.

BlackBerry just works so well for me. Despite some issues this is the OS that suits me.



I like the OS from a feature perspective. A lot of good things were added. One annoyance is definitely the random freezes. Other than that it is pretty good.
