Had to use Sachesi 1.2.3, Sachesi 1.9.5 gave me connection errors. After loading Core OS for Z30,
now on third reboot without me doing anything. After 4th reboot, did a hard reset, OS was not installed.
Trying to upgrade from 10.3.0.1418 to 10.3.1.821. Thanks.

How did you use Sachesi 1.2.3? It isn't able to Extract Apps from the debrick and no one has put apps up yet. I guess you extracted using 1.9.5?
Anyway, I really don't recommend using 1.2.3 anymore if you can avoid it. What errors did you get from 1.9.5?

Gives you hundreds of repeats and when you have hundreds of contacts it takes like half a hour to setup to merge or get rid of duplicates. The transfer copied to and from sim doesn't work properly. For a communications focused phone this should have been resolved by now.

I only have Blackberry Link ( version 1.2.3.56) on my PC and have sync my outlook contacts with BB Link. No problems with my contacts. I have mentioned in other treads, i guess when you have blakberry desktop software installed on your pc ( Blackberry Blend ) , maybe this can be the problem with the contact app. All go's fine since i removed Blend from my PC. If any one can confirm this fix it would be nice for me to now.

Vey smooth on STL-1 Z10 since last 5-6 hrs. Contact issues related to auto linking has been solved in this issue. Now, we can disable auto link option in order to avoid unnecessary linking from social contacts from FB, LinkedIn, twitter etc. Display of contacts has been improved. Overall, good OS to install.

No progress is normal if you are on 10.3. Some bug with the firmware. Look at Sachesi for real progress. You didn't get this with 1.2.3?
What was the error for when it failed loading radio file? If it's a signature error, that's unrelated to Sachesi -- some other people got that too. You also didn't get this with 1.2.3?

I remember having this problem on my BB Torch 9800, but I just put up with it and just made calls, if I only had the numbers.
Then when I upgraded last year March. Within the first 6 months I noticed that happening.
Lost of numbers, lost of names. Then some would come back but not all.

Some numbers won't even stay when I add as a new contact, when I write them in or this would happen to contacts already supposed to be in my list.
Then there is the horrible duplication, sometimes 5 sometimes 20 or 30.

There was a thread here in CB which have talked about this problem in great length, till we're all tired of asking.

After spending just over six months clearing up my address book unlinking everything and savings my addresses, the problem has slowed down but it still exist but a lot less frequently. It's still a problem that shouldn't be there.
Firstly, the device is a phone. There should not be an problem with address books,.
Everything else smart should come a sharpe.

Please tell me, this problem has not been fixed in Gold new 10.30.1 OS update.

Yep, so for some reason that radio isn't signed. Blackberry forgot to sign it or something. Sucks
You can flash radios non-destructively using an autoloader though.
If you create an autoloader from that radio and flash just that radio, you won't lose anything. It's always an option. You could non-destructively upgrade everything else first.

By the way, from what I've heard OS 800/Radio 801 doesn't have this signature problem. Also, the apps and code is newer. Always another option.

remove your phone from usb and fully turn of and wait a minute then open your autoloader and plugin phone to usb cable and turn on phone quickly

it should be works, if it not you must try to autoloade into another computer

Interesting, I restored after using an autoloader, wiping, did a two step restore, settings and media first then the application data and the phone did not restart after the final restore and would not turn on. I had to pull the battery to get it to turn on. All seems well now.

My friend, you must search and read! There are a few threads with specific instructions.
Back up on Link
Security Wipe (some do this after loading the new os but this always works for me)
Close Link
Click on your leaked is and wait for that "connecting to bootrom"
Connect your device via USB
When done, that window will close and device will reboot
When complete Disconnect and reboot again.
Go through set up
Open link, reconnect, and restore
Some find a better result if they don't restore or if they don't restore the Settings. I find most do OK with a full restore.
You may need to open bb �ppworld and update a,few apps
Give the device several hours to finish settling in which will include reloading your calendar data, contacts, email, etc.
High battery drain and sluggishness is normal for the first several hours

Go to Settings > Storage and Access then select Connect to Windows (or Mac if that's what you're using) for USB Connection.
