On my Passport the 2072 OS (autoloader loaded originally) plus 1155 radio works well. The 2073 radio had severe problems with the most-serious being a refusal to reconnect data after a voice call.

Core is the missing piece to make a non-destructive upgrade package; everything else you can get out of the autoloader.

Nope, I'm flicker free on .1154 so sticking with that for now.

Have read the findings and fixes thread for .1949 and flicker has been reported.

1155 radio works on the Passport over the top of 2072 (1155 radio loaded via Sachesi) and has resolved the no-connect data problems I was having with 2073 after voice calls. Interestingly enough it also has resulted in no flickering on my Passport; I've been up now for five days straight now without a reset or flickering showing up -- typically by day 2 I was previously forced to reboot to clear it.

2072 also resolves two other issues over previous leaks; VPN auto-connect on saved WiFi networks was inop on previous 10.3.x releases (worked fine on 10.2 and before) and in addition android apps with internal names over 50 characters in the manifest would crash on launch. The latter forced me to decompile, hand-patch and then re-pack and re-sign a couple of APKs that I actually need (one of which is a trading application); they now load and run properly right off SNAP.
