10.3.1.1865 wifi and clash of clans

Hi everyone, I've had no issues with updating the OS over the air and I've had the Z10 since it was first released.

I've seen so many threads regarding issues with 10.3.1

I have two main uses for the phone right now, specifically BBM video (via wifi) and clash of clans. It is imperative for me that BBM video functions properly.

Can I safely update to 10.3.1.1865?

I'm currently on Telus on 10.2.1.3062

I'm currently running Z30STA100-5/10.3.1.2708 on Bell and I don't have any issues with wifi and with CoC. In fact, the wifi seems to be much more consistent with my Z30 playing CoC whereas on my iPad, I often see the "disconnected" symbol in the middle of the screen.
