Check the first post on this thread, and follow the MEGA link depending on your device version Q10STL...something
You'll have a .7z zipped file. Unzip it where you want, when finished, MAKE a BACKUP OF ALL YOUR CURRENT FILES, yes the autoloader is going to erase everything. Then connect your device and launch the .exe file and wait (or PRAY ;-) ) but it WILL BE OK. I've done it with a 10.3 leak on a Z10, working good! I'm on my way to try the 10.3.1 version

You can't, the exe file you'll get from the leaks is not running on a non-windows device

Z10-100-1 autoloder from the links above worked fine, but after boot, no usual 1st time setup appeared.

i did wipe and battery pull after autoload and setup appeared.

getting an error "device setup not complete" as a result can't load snap or use DDPB - how can i resolve this?

you did not go through original setup, right? do wipe, battery pull, some reboots, helped for me.

Yes, the autoloader will erase everything on your phone but, if done properly, the backup you create before running the autoloader should load most, if not all, of your stuff back (I'm not sure of BBM messages though, I still can't get any backups to restore that for me). If you want to PM me your email address, I can send you a link to one of my OneDrive cloud drives where you can download all the files you will need to do a non-destructive update that won't erase or disturb anything on your phone. I have a Q10 too and that's how I did the upgrade myself (non-destructively).

I'm having the SAME problem. Usually I open BlackBerry ID from my phone or something and it clears it. Now it's definitely stuck, I've tried everything and it won't let me connect Link to it...
I've removed my sim, rebooted numerous times. Changed USB from autodetect to connect to windows, nothing.

Anyone has a solution other than wiping, etc (don't want to lose current data)?

Installed 1016 over 938 via sachesi. Seems it is more fluid. Battery drainage has to be observed since 938 had worst battery sucker.

Hey cid, you try going through the setup app itself? I did that on my 30 a while back and it turned out to be carrier network settings that I had skipped downloading on initial setup wizard

Yeah tried that man. Nothing. Anyway, I've loaded up 1016 autoloader now and will go through all the initial setup and restore an older backup. It was just messed up...

what kind of problems? i made an autoloader and installed. first time ive really seen some lag(going in and out of the hub) other than that, havn't noticed any problems.

It just means your first setup once autoloader has finished loading and fone boots up has not finished. Normally a restart once you finished setting up the device clears that.
