    How about a proper link for those too lazy to provide the root level so that others may select the link to change it themselves.

    Updating the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Device Software - Download for Windows - BlackBerry Developer
    Root Level select your model then download.
    10.3.0.442

    I don't see any for STA100-5 at .700.

    Oh yeah, apparently this OS has the first 10.3 Z3 radio. So Z3 people can have a working 10.3 install now.

    My speed is all over the place. im at 1.1/1.8GB. Time is jumping from 10 min to 20 to 30 and all over the place.
