In signed format - so make into autoloader

Seems to work with 296 OS so other devices can try the full 10.3.0.296 OS with these. This is not the SDK which is an INCOMPLETE build where some apps just won't work. This is just the radios meant to be combined with the FULL 10.3.0.296 OS. I do not recommend that anyone load the SDK due to it being incomplete. You'll find many thing don't work no matter how hard you try. Like Remember, Alarm clock, dropbox, and many more if previous SDKs are any indication.

Z30, Q10/Q5 couldn't use it though.

If the radio is bar file you can sideload using sachei but this is exe file
