In the main, I think that this is indeed the case. The OS was not really designed to be used on any other device, that's what 3.1 is all about.

Well I'm using a z10 and this update literally has doubled my battery life. This is not an exaggeration. I've never noticed any difference in battery life with any leak/update before and i've done many.

This update also fixes the super annoying keyboard issue where flicking the left of the screen didn't work.

I can't get vvm working though even using the workaround in that other thread.

Is no one else running into this issue where Android apps only work over WiFi? I seem to remember that was an issue for some older OS versions. Was there ever a fix for it, that didn't involve a clean install?
Between that and the time zone issue I wonder how this got pushed out by any carrier...

I have an issue currently every time I refresh the email inbox in the hub and then swipe back to home screen(s) it jumps right back to the email hub. Minor but noteworthy. Reboots and all that jazz don't clear this issue up. Other than that it's super smooth so far.

Factory reset #3 eventually solved the Android issue for me. Now it's smooth sailing!

Honestly my battery life has improved (Z10 STL-1) and no more WIFI connection issue.

I really can't believe the battery improvement. It is amazing! I have a STL-4 and for the second day in a row I have not had to charge once from the minute I woke up to the minute I go to bed. I don't know WTF they did but it's crazy!! I have never gotten more than 8 hours tops with my normal use ever on any os version... today I'm over 18 hours! And I used my phone all day like I always have!

This is the worst leak ever. Wifi has a range of 1 meter. Terrible. It's unusable. Every passing day it's worse. I'm going back to 10.2.1. Enough with the leaks.

Why don't you try a different radio? You do realize that it's not a one size fits all correct? Also you're complaining about software, which you aren't supposed to have, which isn't for your device, never will be for your device. I'm on this leak and I don't have your stated issues. So the common denominator is?....you?

Yes. But many people do have this problem and it is not a simple one. No one actually proposes a good fix for this. I tried to install a 1154 radio but installation failed. Can anyone give me a link for working 1154 radio and explain how should i do this? I downloaded the one from these forums.
I know I'm not supposed to have this software, that is why i try to find a solution and I frankly don't understand how and why I can never get an answer on this forum for anything. It took me ages to find some simple explanation how to upgrade with Sachesi.

I am surprised you facing these issues, don't you want to reload this leak and try not to restore!
For me it's one of the best ever

It is an autoloader, this is what you need to do:
- Do not connect your BB to your PC yet
- Run the autoloader
- Turn of your BB (still not connected to your PC)
- Plug your BB in your PC with an USB.
- Turn your BB on with the power button
- The autoloader will now load the radio onto your BB.

I did both Sachesi and destructive autoloader with security wipe. Same problems. :-( Wish to fix that wifi. :-(

Those are typical symptoms of restoring android data from a previous release or doing a non-destructive upgrade. Did you upgrade from 10.2.1 using sachesi, or restore data from 10.2.1? It's even possible if you came from 10.3.0.1154 but unlikely since this release should have had upgrade scripting from .1154.

I downgraded from 10.3.1.634, and restoring from 634 after changing its OS with Darcy's tools, almost everything works fine, just didn't restore the contacts and I restored it with ContactX, and now everything is running well for me

Hi there.

Was watching this topic for a while since I updated my Q10 2-3 days ago from 10.2.1

I wasn't able to connect my Q10 to any wifi in 3 days untill 10 minutes ago. Suddenly it connected by itself.

Everything seems to be working fine but battery. I used to have at least 18 hours of battery time. Sometimes it used to stay alive around 30 hours.(I am not a heavy user. Just using android Spotify sometimes which drains the most than any other) Now, it isn't near 13-14 hours yet. I hope it will be better when OS settles.(I don't know if settle is the correct word for it)

Good for you, but not everybody is techy and knows everything in 5 min. Hell even the main language isn't English for a lot of people. Just accept that there are people who don't understand it right away. All they ask is a little help.
