Cons.
1. watermarks..
2. camera not responding , because its showing that its using lot of ram "free up some memory by closing the apps"
only 500 Mb remains when nothing is going on .
3. bugs in the pictures app, (it lags when u scroll down )
4. one thing that is hovering on my every thing on z10 is that the process,(device monitor) even on the lock screen.

Pros.
Overall its really an freshed look , but looks like a copy of iOS7
the Red color looks really awesome
the warm and cooll tone for the screen display is also very great thing,
the panorama shot works just perfect.
the 720p on 60 fps is also great ...
and not to forget the 1080 p too in video ...
music player is just sexy
no borders on the icons is awesome too..

Suggestion...
the red and black combination is awesome but there should be option to make the combination of any colors , that will just completely transform the os..

my cell just keeps on charging when its not even connected to the charger.

It's buggy and I (as well as many others) don't recommend anyone using it on their "daily driver". I think if I had to use it on my only device, it would be OK right up until the novelty wore off...which wouldn't take very long.
Haha unfortunately there's no added wireless charging through the OS. As far as the device saying that it's being charged, mine did the same until I'd left it on the charger for a little bit.

And just in case there are some people that are still wondering how buggy this is, there are varied reports of things not working for some that work for me and vice versa. It's pretty inconsistent.
So far I've found:

- NFC doesn't work. It will respond and acknowledge an NFC reading but won't transfer data.
- Bluetooth doesn't work. It says that it's on in the quick settings, but within the actual settings it gets switched back to off every time I leave the Bluetooth menu.
- Laggy and not smooth transitions, particularly when sliding between the Hub and app screens quickly, and most pronounced when leaving the Hub.

When this version gets polished, I think BlackBerry users will be in for a very pleasant upgrade.

dunno what you are talking about.
1st of all, it is ALPHA. so in other words - it should be buggy and unstable as much *** possible...

now, to your issues:
BT and NFC works. Got single message on camera. once. no more messages.
Watermarks. I have no issues here. They do not bother me at all.
No issues with 500 mb of ram. no apps have crashed.
No lag with pictures app
See no device monitor on Screen lock. unless you turn on the special window for monitoring, swiping from battery icon to bottom...

1080p was always in video recording mode...

Z10 has no wireless charging. only Z30. it never had. and never will. because it has no necessary hardware.

I am using 10.2.1.2102 and it is the most reliable os leak I have come across!

seems like you are reviewing the OS as if its a finished OS. Some of us were here during the glory days of berryLeaks and 10.2 leaks. We know what the deal is, and the leakers always do a good job writing disclaimers. you should have Pros and Cons based on the disclaimer and not functionality of the partial OS

Thanks guys, and yeah I know it have no hardware for wireless charging, but it's a bug I guess what makes it charging after getting it off the charger. And Thanx for your reviews guys....

I don't think the red is permanent. It just feels like they're using that colour right now because it's noticeable, so that they can make sure they don't miss anything they need to change the colour of, so they can have a unified flat look across the board.

I feel like this is only the barest beginning of the flat UI. Very much not meant for public release.

Daily driver here. For me once I got it loaded properly it's been sweet. Higher system memory use and higher Pim memory use. Total increased memory use seems to be around 150mb battery drain is higher. Will run with it see how it settles in

BT not working for me but my friend did a security wipe after his wouldn't work and it started to work for him. I have a few Android apps that will open but close soon after and my NFC tags all work fine..except the ones that control BT (because it doesn't work for me)

Not sure if I will be keeping this for long but it is nice to play with. I'll give it a few days, maybe change my mind. We'll see.
