First uninstall the blackberry device manager (with your phone unplugged) then plug your phone, when it ask to install blend click install, when it complain about beeing offline, click install driver only, that will install a downgrade version of device manager (weird) and then you will be able to connect to it

Ps: no need to uninstall blackberry link, only the device manager.

I extracted all the bar files and I don't see it.....
maybe I have to download the debrick os and extract those???

It is in the Core OS bar file. I've only installed the Core OS and Radio on my device and I have it...you won't find it when extracting from the Debrick or autoloader.

com.amazon.venezia - v 1.6.4000.10. - Got this from the BB10 App Manager Opera/Chrome plugin.

You cannot remove it, it is permanent. Though, you can remove it via the plugin - you shouldn't, but you can. Shows as a Manually installed apk file.

No matter what I do, I have security wiped and loaded 10.3, added apps, but if the phone restarts, it completely wipes.

When I turn on option flip to save power and then pick up phone from flat surface my phone is waking but Lift to wake is off.
