Both the "MY VERIZON MOBILE" and the new "NFL Mobile" apps are having a problem connecting to Verizon to verify my account. In the past the Verizon app would automatically pull up my account info based on my device, but now it requires me to manually log into my account.
But the NFL will only provide the normally information it provides on any carrier. There are some Verizon exclusive additional features (watch games) that I could get before, but are not working now. Says it cant verify my account.
Anyone else using 1371 or 1443 have this problem?
