    I've made several posts about different things and haven't gotten much help.

    I'm on t-mobile usa and used sachesi to get the 10.2 update using rogers canada.

    Since I've updated my Alt and shift buttons don't work when I hold them down. The blue indicators for those buttons doesn't show up. My universal search doesn't find contacts apps or files, basically I can't search.

    Do you guys think it's because it's a different carrier's update that it's so buggy?

    I've found 10.2 buggy as well. I'm hoping the upcoming 10.2.1 will resolve some issues. The only thing I can recommend is doing a device wipe, and then clean install of the OS. That *might* resolve some issues.

    1925 is working great on my Z10 T mobile USA phone. Download it and you won't be disappointed. It was pretty buggy for the first few hours, but stable by the next day.

    Agree with you guys ! 10.2 seemed buggy at some point ! but since i upgraded to 10.2.1 i don't have these lil hicups in the software (except for wallpapers)

    I'm running the official Rogers 10.2 on my Z10, was doing the same on my DA-C but updated it to the Dev release.

    No bugs on either.

    You don't state which 10.2 OS you're using. Considering that any version of the 10.2 OS line is pretty old, any questions or concerns that you need help with has already been answered months ago. Search the OS10 Beta/Leak forums, using the specific OS version number you have installed on your device, and I'm positive you'll find the answers you're looking for. To find which OS version you have installed, type myver in any text message or BBM message field, hit the space bar, and you'll see the device model number and OS version appear.

    The OS you have installed isn't buggy because of what carrier the OS is pushed from. Carriers do not compile, make, or code any BB10 OS. The misnomer "official" is only a carrier pushed OS that BB made. The OS could be buggy for any number of reasons. One major issue affecting a buggy install, is a corrupt backup that is restored to a fresh OS. Similar to reinfesting your home with roaches, after an insecticide bomb...but you bring back the old furniture, hiding more roaches.
