    Getting 4.2 android apps is butter smooth no delay just like native android app just missing Google services so can't sign in into it.

    10.2 is like heaven thanks BlackBerry team!-img_00000543.png

    Other improvement like the new dark theme interface is very nice! Hopefully we can see customization coming in 10.3.

    What do you guys think about the official 10.2 update?

    Yeah. 10.2 is great but the updated android runtime is just awesome. Especially unlocked too, so you can run virtually 99% of android apps without any lag.

    Great info. I've heard great things about the inclusion of hardware acceleration in the new runtime.

    I have only side-loaded on the PB, out of necessity, but not the the Q10. On BB10, does side-loading hike up memory (RAM) use by an appreciable amount, i.e., the overhead of the runtime when 'droid apps are running?

    its in the settings for BBM toggle to dark close and reopen it. Also available for contacts/calendar. Will not work for BBM if you have channels installed.

    I don't have hard numbers on it, but I run >= 2 android ports at pretty much any given moment and I never had any lag or slowdown because of it. Both on Z10 and Q10.
