Ive tried to seach the forums but havernt had any luck
Ive finally just got around to downloading 10.2 for the z10
i have 10.2 on my desk top but how do i load it on my phone with a macbook procan someone help me please

If it's an autoloader file, then you'll need to use Boot Camp to get Windows on it.

Precisely why I don't use I Mac. ;-)

On a PC, BlackBerry Link should see that you have a file to upload to the phone. For some reason, it takes a while. So you plug in the phone, run BlackBerry Link, then wait.

The other poster is suggesting you use the Windows version of BlackBerry Link. I suppose that is OK. There will certainly be more on line help for the windows version of BlackBerry link.

I just did my upgrade to 10.1 over wifi. I have only done BlackBerry Link loading when wiping the phone and reloading the OS.

I'm on tmob, so I am waiting for them to catch up.

There are official links for 10.2.0.1803 which can give you bar files
Using Sachesi, it is possible to load the files onto your phone

If that is for me, I'm on tmob and don't want to lose wifi calling. I will just wait for them to do the upgrade.

I really don't see how wifi calling is useful unless you are in an area daily with no reception

I go to a town with no TMobile service periodically. They have AT&T, but tmob is too cheap to set up roaming. Lots or public wifi there, though not municipal.

I need wifi calling.
