10.2.2 was designed for German customers. Part of the increased security is that there will be no data flow when device is locked. So email fetching will only occur when device is unlocked

Not true, i receive emails and notifications even when the device is locked, got the update ota via o2 germany yesterday

Been running 10.3 for a month! they're not ready for the prime time. Too laggy, batt drains and wifi problems on Q10.
