Hey guys i have always been able to connect to my univeristy wifi before with 10.1 but after i installed 10.2.1047 i cant set the proxy , anyone else having the problem? i did a complete wipe as well :( , please help

Double check the proxy server address and/or try 67.215.65.132
wwwproxy.swinburne.edu.my or www.proxy.swinburne.edu.my ?
Enter ip adress. Don't use http adress. It works. Find the ip of your proxy

the proxy address is what i use before and in all my other devices -_- , where did u get 67.215.65.132 from?

You can ping the name and it will return an IP. Or use online tool like: DNS <-> IP converter
The IP to try in your case is 58.26.207.170
Edit, reversing the process brings up: proxy1.swinburne.edu.my
Perhaps you can try that also.
i had to go back to 10.1 :( , u sure this will work??
