    I downloaded the update ota the first time and had most of the problems mentioned. It actually crashed my Z10. I downloaded via wifi and it's amazing. Maybe it's the problem most folks are having. My Z10 is super fast and smooth now. Hope this helps ^

    Try downloading the "ookla speed test" from snap. It'll really give you a solid idea of how good your speed is. I did a test yesterday and it was just under 50MB/s on WI-Fi which I think is amazing!
