    Hi. I bought an unblocked BB Q10 in the US 2 months ago and it came with os 10.1.0.2030. Now I am living in the UK and as a provider I have O2. I am still waiting for the 10.2.1 update but nothing happened yet. I phoned O2 already and they told me that the roll out have been done in the uk 10 days ago. I think that the rom I have is from AT&T but the released the update 1 week ago and I still don't have any notifications. Somebody knows what problem I might be having?

    its tied to your SIM so you should get the O2 update i would think. Kinda odd that nothing has shown up

    Has 02 released 10.2.1 for the Q10? I thought it was only released for the Z.

    The O2 help desk told me that the already released it. The other wird thing is that I still have the 10.1.0.2030 version and thats not the one before 10.2.1. So the update is associated to the ROM or the SIM?

    To the SIM, I got an unlocked Z10 from Fido Canada and using it on Claro PR and I used to get only the Claro update OTA last one was 10.0. I used an old T-mobile sim card to get the latest USA update 10.1 and to get the latest 10.2.1 I just removed all sim cards and updated via link.

    Where did you buy the phone? I just bought one from blackberry and before putting the att sim in, I checked for updates and 10.2.1.537 showed up. Att hasn't released it yet so it must be tied to the sim.

    It's not exactly to the SIM only. Ppl in US with phones bought directly from BlackBerry get their updates on carriers like AT&T and T-Mobile way before the carriers release it.

    I have an unlocked T-Mobile Q10 and a Telus SIM. I haven't received the 10.2.1 update yet either.

    I sent a tweet to O2 and they replied that they already released the update for Q10 on january 29th... Its seems that the problem is the ROM from AT&T cause I bought the cellphone unblocked in the US with a rom from AT&T...

    I am pretty confused...
