There are quite few threads with discussions about the launch of 10.2.1 and as it's mentioned everywhere, there is no fixed date for this release. Stay tuned!

It can be installed anywhere with the leaks, but I assume he was talking about official ota release.

The SDK gold API version of 10.2.1 just dropped. This gives developers time to test applications. You can probability figure on consumer release in four weeks, give or take.

Well one thing is for sure, I'm on T-mobile USA and I'm not waiting and holding my breath. What I do know is when I see that Rogers Canada have released 10.2.1, I will pop my Rogers sim in my Z10 and that will be the end of my waiting. This is how I got the 10.2.0.429 the same week Rogers released it, These are official carrier release and not leaks. Heard too many horror stories about leaks.

Says Andrew not but really i would say maybe between 2 weeks and a year. the rest of the world will be speedy. the U.S.- more particularly AT&T will be a year, i will bet. That last article about them supporting BBRY hasn't convinced me otherwise.
