My battery is dropping 50% in 4 hours. And whereas before the screen was always the most draining now it lists system as the most draining.

make sure you have no android apps running, also sometimes it helps to shut the phone off and take the battery out for a while, let it calm down.

It was just today that I noticed. Have had the leak for three days now. Don't run any android stuff.

Mines doing just as well as before. Are you doing a clean install or restore? Right now I'm on an extended battery but on the normal battery I can do 12 hours just fine.

I'm also installing android apps from apps so unless some android app is going crazy on your side I don't think it's just android apps in general.

I'm having sub 1079 battery life which is expected since this leak is full of bugs but also full of so epic features. Waiting on the new leak!

Not all apps drain the battery but on this OS the runtime can run a little wild. Hopefully there will be a better control system in the future with official release. Right now I use a simple but effective app called taskmanager all one word.

It's definitely the android runtime that kills the life, without running those apps, battery life is actually improved I've found.

    Used so far:
    10.1 official
    10.2.0.1047
    10.2.0.1743
And now 10.2.1.1055 is really bad. It still lasts me through a day (Q10) but I keep an eye on it. It also takes forever to get charged (3-4 hours)

This is without any android apps running.

I have been having the same problem. My battery dies in about 3 hrs. It has been 5 days now and it hasn't settled at all. The device monitor shows that Standyby and System are the apps that are draining battery. Standby has taken 319% (yes. not sure how this is even possible) of the battery and System 171%.

I can't do better than 4h! I removed the battery to let it calm down. It only fixed the charging time. But the draining...

I too am experiencing the fastest battery drain with this leak compared to the past 4 leaks that I've had installed.

I went out in the past (while Rogers offered a near 50% off on a battery/charger pack) and now have the spare battery with me, so I'm not too concerned about running out of power. But others may not have this auxiliary battery...and that may be a problem.

I get about 2x longer battery usage with .1055 than with the .1803 before.

Battery pulls should calm it down. If you're still experiencing issues (like 300% usage) you might wanna wipe and reload.

As was suggested earlier I toggle location services as needed and that also aids battery life.

After setting on 1055 my battery life was already good.

Here's my device, I run IMO (multiple chat client, android app) 24/7, lots of browsing, lots of looking through amazon/1mobile app store to find something interesting.

    Mine run 10 h without even hitting 70 %

Mine can run for solid 10 hrs straight before hitting red, just as the battery meter has predicted. But then, I am a heavy user with more than 10 items in the Hub.

Here's my battery and cpu usage, clearly the display takes up most the battery. I use heavy battery on the train to and from work where I'm answering emails, playing games, browsing, listening to music, and fiddling with android apps. Usually all at the same time, switching back and forth.

Odd, CB app isn't loading pics. One sec, switch to browser.

How much of that time are you on mobile data? If you travel to work 15 minutes, and then stay all they in the office on WiFi I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.
Otherwise, you are one lucky *******.
